What is the Registration Timeline?
Returning Families: Families notified of placement on 1/20/23 with first installment due on or by 1/27/23.
New Families: Families notified of placement on 2/3/23 with first installment due on or by 2/8/23.
Can I register and pay online?
Yes, we are now utilizing an online application. The registration fee can be paid online via credit card link on the application, or by check and dropped off at WCNS.
How do you determine which children are accepted into your classes?
Once published, you can fill out our online application at anytime. Applications are not processed on a first come first serve basis. If the school receives more applications than there are available spaces for a particular class, after factoring in enrollment priorities, all remaining applications for that class will be included in a lottery selection.
Can I pay my tuition by credit card?
If your child is accepted into a class, you will receive an invoice from our Registrar. You can pay directly from your bank through the Quickbooks invoice, or pay by check. We do not accept credit cards for tuition at this time.
Can I register for a class that is already full?
Yes, your child will be put on a waitlist for the class. Should a space open up, you will be notified.
How can I extend my child's day?
Our JK classes have an Extended Day option (Monday through Thursday, 11:15 am-1:15 pm), which the majority of students select. Students eat lunch and enjoy more time in the classroom.
Enrichment classes are offered for our 3’s classes (Mondays and Wednesdays, 11:15 am -1:15 pm) on a trimester basis. Offerings will change each trimester, but some examples include: cooking, build-it, art, and games. Children bring their own nut-free lunch.
